ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES

CCRCC for its project in Mongolia is requesting for proposals from eligible firms/entities for Consultancy Services to conduct an Organizational and Legal Reform of the Climate Change Research and Cooperation Centre (CCRCC).

We seek to contract with a national law firm to support the improvement of CCRCC`s Strategy, Human resource policies and institutional development plan and ensure CCRCC has full legal and technical capacity to manage readiness grant from the GCF.

The objectives of the assignment are:

1. a) to support the CCRCC to remove the obstacles or mistakes related to organizational internal structure and human resource;
2. b) to support CCRCC restructuring process to exercise their function in compliance with current legal regulations; and
3. c) to support strengthening the infernal M&E system & M&E capacity building.

The proposed activities under this assignment are as follows:

1. a) to support the CCRCC to remove the obstacles or mistakes related to organizational internal structure and human resource
2. b) to support CCRCC restructuring process to exercise their function in compliance with current legal regulations
3. c) to support strengthening the internal M&E system & M&E capacity building.

Important Timelines:

The tender submission deadline is 20 January 2023 16:00 Hrs KST.

The selection will be organized according to the procurement procedure of the GGGI international organization.
