| Introduction : UNDP is looking for a company to raise herder communities’ awareness of gender equality by gender assessment on herders’ communities (HPOs/RUGs) identifying measures to increase herder women’s role in contribution in the commodity value chain and providing necessary capacity building trainings for herders’ communities (HPOs/RUGs). The contractor is also expected to conduct vulnerability assessments focusing women and marginalized groups in selected 25 soums.
